He is survived by: his wife Gloria J. Snelgrove (Rollins); and his stepchildren, April M. Lowe of Webster, Nicole L. Lowe of Chloride, AZ, Nathan Lowe, Korin Lowe, John Lowe IV, Paris Lowe and Damyen Lowe.

Donations in his name may be made to the Boys & Girls Club of Webster-Dudley, 55 Oxford Road, Dudley, MA 01571.
