He is survived by: his sons, Declan and Jameson Tvelia of Sutton; his mother Lynne Costigan; his parent-in-law Thomas Nevue of Whitinsville; his siblings, Kevin Costigan (Kristen Lambert) of Whitinsville, Joshua Costigan, Sr. (Jennifer) of Uxbridge and Jessica Costigan Baltramaitis (Steven) of Kalispell, Montana; the mother of his children Laura Tvelia (Bessette) of Sutton; his uncle Brian Tvelia (Linda Dias-Phaneuf) of Woonsocket, RI; his aunt Kate Athearn (Brian) of West Tisbury, MA; and his friends, Robyn Pierce (Art) of Exeter, NH, Carrie Shaw of Upton, Kristin Anderson Carpenter of Ball Ground, GA and DJ Spencer of Palm Coast, FL..
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carr Funeral Home (24 Hill St, Whitinsville, MA 01588).
