He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara A. Lavallee (Bardy) of Webster; his brothers, Normand Lavallee and Roger Lavallee; his friend William Annese; and his parents, Theodore Lavallee and Rita Rose Lavallee (Cardinal).
He is survived by: his caregiver Sylvia Annese of Webster; his nephews, John, Jeff and Paul; and his niece Christine.
