He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Jacob and Frances Jacob (Spiwak). He is survived by: his wife Sandra A. Jacob (Fox); his sons, Scott Corbin of Carson City, CA, Ryan Corbin of Webster and Robert D. Jacob of Webster; and his brother Leonard Jacob of Webster.
