He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ramsey and Jeannette Ramsey (Hart). He is survived by: his wife Ana Christina (Castaneda); his children, Richard W. Ramsey of Webster, Renee Bertrang of Washington State and Michelle Ramsey of Webster; and his siblings, Ernest Ramsey of Southbridge, Henry Ramsey of Dudley, Shirley Ramsey of Charlton and Jean Chamberland of Charlton. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
