She is survived by: her husband Frank P. Kusek; her children, Elizabeth Murphy (Dana) of Charlton and Peter Kusek (Priscilla) of Webster; her grandchildren, Michael Murphy (Hannah), Matt Murphy, Lauren Piehl (Jacob) and Nicholas Kusek; her great grandchild Braden Murphy; her sister Dorothy Hanc of Webster; and her parents, George Makara and Mary Makara (Kokocinski). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Donations in her name may be made to either St. Joseph Basilica, 53 Whitcomb Street, or to the Residents' Fund at Lanessa Extended Care, 751 School St., both in Webster, MA 01570.
