He was predeceased by: his wife Joanne M. Bernard (Julian); and his parents, Adelard Bernard Sr. and Winnifred Bernard (Moran). He is survived by: his children, Justin M. Bernard of Webster, Annette Bernard of New York Mills, NY and Tiffany Lasell (John) of Dudley; and his siblings, Adelard Bernard Jr. of Wildwood, FL, Paul Bernard of Charlton, Robert Bernard of Norway, David Bernard of Zephyrhills, FL, Marie Williams of Reed Plantation, Lucille White of Charlton, Theresa St. Laurent of Zephyrhill, FL, Yvette Martin of Southbridge, Elizabeth Tremblay of Southbridge and Elaine Bernard of Southbridge. He is also survived by four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
