He was predeceased by: his brother Anthony "Blackie" Kuzdzal of Webster; and his daughter Carol J. Paul of Danielson, CT. He is survived by: his wife Ramona P. "Mona" Kudzal (Saad); his child James A. Kudzal; his son-in-law Ronald Paul of Danielson, CT; his grandchildren, David, Adam, Torren, Andelle, Emily and Haven; and his parents, Francis Kuzdzal and Tekla M. Kuzdzal (Golob). He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.

Donations in his name may be made to St. Andrew Bobola Church, 54 W. Main St., Dudley, MA 01571.
