She was predeceased by: her husband Wlodzimierz Sudyka; her siblings, Stanislawa Dumicz (Boleslaw) of Queens, NY, Jan, Frederick Piwowarczyk of Poland and Jozef Piwowarczyk of Webster; and her parents, Wojciech Piwowarczyk and Franciszka Piwowarczyk (Nadymus).
She is survived by: her children, Wieslaw Sudyka (Eva) of Dudley, Wojciech Sudyka (Margorzata) of Dudley, Jan Sudyka (Margorzata) of Dudley, Renata Sudyka (Tadeusz) of Dudley and Agnieszka Parzych (Maciej) of New York; her brother Franciszek Piwowarczyk (Maria) of Webster; and her sister-in-law Maria Piwowarczyk of Webster. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
