He is survived by: his wife Karen L. Koszewski (Everett); his children, Kristina I. Forget of Spencer, Kenneth P. Koszewski II (Nilda Jardim), Dudley and James A. Koszewski (Nikki) of Williamsburg, VA; his grandchildren, Cameron Forget, Cody, Tyler, Callie and Jack Koszewski; and his sister Beverly Heruska (George) of Statesville, NC. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
