He is survived by: his children, Dignaliz Falcon of Fall River, Cynthia Falcon of Worcester and Jose Noel Falcon; his father Jose Juan Falcon Sr. of Puerto Rico; his grandmother Guadalupe Reyes (Vazquez) of Worcester; and his brothers, Robert Falcon (Luz) of Southbridge and Juan Falcon (Gisell) of Puerto Rico. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces and cousins.
