He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Kelly and Mary Kelly of Dudley, MA.; his son Jack Kelly Jr.; and his sister Kathleen Perrott (Kelly). He is survived by: his wife Rita Kelly (Mendillo); his daughter Cathy Cournoyer (Jeff) of Dudley; his sisters, Patricia Long (Jack) of Bonita Springs, FL and Jean Claprood (Donald) of Holden; his grandchild Kelly Cournoyer of Dudley; and his daughter-in-law Tracy Kelly (Hoeing). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
