He was predeceased by: his wife Arlene Pelczar (Rybak). He is survived by: his children, Debra (Ron Sciascia) of Spencer, Susan (Art Stamatien) of Oakdale, CT and Nancy (Tony DeCaro) of Ludlow; his brother Stanley Pelczar of Webster; his grandchildren, Kristen (Wellington Luiz), Joseph DeCaro, Sherilyn (Mark DiMeco), Alissa DeCaro, Ed Belben and Alex Stamatien; his great grandchildren, Aubrey DeCaro, Lily DiMeco, Joseph DiMeco, Matteo Luiz, Shalysse Luiz and Malgorzata Pasieka; his parents, Joseph Pelczar and Anelia Pelczar (Tomkiewicz); and his child Blossom St.
