She was predeceased by: her parent George F. Fahrbach, Jr.; and her sister Frank Castellano of Wading River, NY. She is survived by: her parent Margaret Fahrbach (Vollmer); her wife Amy-Beth Bernard; her daughter Amelya Bernard; her brother George F., III; her wife Deb of West Lake, OH; her sisters, Margaret Castellano and Ellen Bonaiuto (Robert) of Davie, FL; her aunt Dorothy Winkler of Southampton, NY.; her stepmother Sandra Nowell of West Hampton, NY; her stepbrothers, John Jones of Brooklyn, NY and Michael Jones of Needham, MA; and her friend Beth Jacques of Marlborough. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a great nephew.
