It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jan J. Lockhart (Webster, Massachusetts), born in Holyoke, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 9, 2020, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James J. Lockhart and Dolores L. Lockhart (Touchette). He is survived by: his children, Spencer J. Lockhart of Chicopee and Sarah M. Lockhart of San Antonio, TX; his sister Joy J. Lockhart of Chicopee; his significant other Carole A. Connolly of Webster; and his former wife Christine M. Bombardier of Ashford, CT. He is also survived by cousins, numerous friends and extended family.

For those who prefer, his family requests that donations be made in his memory to the Shriners Hospital for Children, Springfield Unit, 516 Carew Street, Springfield, MA 01104.
