She is survived by: her daughter Melissa LeBlanc; her grandchildren, Isabell, Abigail and Kenny; her son Tommy LeBlanc; her boyfriend Robert Kirsch; her boyfriend's daughters, Jaime Sens (Ryan Sens) and Ashley Quates (Jeffrey Quates); and also, Lexi, Sadie, Owen, Harper, Hayley, Cole and Hayden.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Grace's memory to Second Chance Animal Services, honoring her beloved Teddy.
