He is survived by: his wife Jean Johnson (Raymond) of Webster, MA.; his children, Duane (Eleanor), Erik (Alicen) and Tara Koziak (Derek); his mother-in-law Muriel Raymond; and his siblings, Wayne, Linda Kwasniewski and Marsha Luksha.
