She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Jacques and Carleen Jacques (Jarvis); and her husband Robert Ward. She is survived by: her siblings, Joseph Jacques of Webster and Annmarie Ostrokolowicz of Webster. She is also survived by Four nephews, and one niece; she also leaves many friends and relatives.
