He is survived by: his wife Dorothy (Zawalich); his children, David Pepper II, Sabrina Pepper and Amanda Rodriguez; his grandchildren, Nevaeh, Jeaven, Elaina, Lily and Levi; his parents-in-law, Walter and Elaine Zawalich; his siblings, Suzanne Miller, Debbie Peterson, Lisa Erti, Melissa Pepper and Arthur Dusoe; and his stepmother Joanne Pepper. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
