He is survived by: his mother Barbara Costello (Findlen) of Webster; his children, Dylan Patrick Simpson of Apex, NC, Paula and Brooke Costello of Gloucester, RI; his grandson Oliver Antoine Simpson; and his brother Gary S. Costello (Kristin) of South Kingstown, RI. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and many friends.
