She was predeceased by: her husband Charles P. Mullins; and her parents, Masaaki and Matsu Inouye. She is survived by: her children, Patrick Mullins (Terri Lane) of Jacksonville Beach, FL, Kathleen Mazurek (Miguel Aponte) of Webster and Carolyn Mullins of Webster; her sisters, Emiko Ebihara and Kazuko Kanemori of Japan; her grandchildren, Andrea, Kimberly, Patrick Mazurek and Christopher Mullins; and her great grandchildren, Alexis, Adam and Ava. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
