He is survived by: his wife Jean A. Kondek (Robbins); his children, Anthony P. Kondek, Jr. (Kimberley) and Suzanne L. Carty (Timothy) of Dudley; his grandsons, Nicholas Kondek, Peter Kondek, Owen Kondek, Cole Carty and Nathan Carty; and his siblings, Charles Kondek of Hudson, NY and Maryann Yurek (Stephen) of Dudley.
A calling period will take place in church from 10:00 to 11:00 AM Friday before the Mass. The family requests flowers be omitted and that donations be made to Saint Joseph School Fund, 47 Whitcomb Street, Webster, MA 01570.
