He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur C. Allard and Norma F. Allard (Armstrong); his siblings, Gail Donna Belanger, Betty Jo Blais, Judy E. Marchand, Janis D. Lacroix, Arlene Allard, Michael, John, William and Edward Allard; and his siblings-in-law, Jackie Allard, Janice Allard, Gerry Marchand and John "Sonny" Lombardo.
He is survived by: his sisters, Deborah Lombardo of Woonsocket and Kathi Allard; his sister-in-law Beth Kelly of Southampton; his sisters, Lois Coutu (Marcel) of Bellingham and Diane Fitzgerald (Kevin) of Bellingham; and his siblings-in-law, Karen Allard of Bellingham, Norman Belanger of North Attleboro, Paul Blais of Woonsocket and James Lacroix of Franklin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
