She was predeceased by: her sister Connie Buckhout Poillon; and also Jack. She is survived by: her grandmother Of Wayland; her husband Jerome K. "Jerry" Chase; her children, Jerry Chase (Laurence) of Essex, Jake, Helen, Nan Alphen (Paul) of Westford, Clay Chase (Karen) of Framingham, Jennifer and Michael (Allisyn); her great grandchild Kelsea; her son John Chase (Louise) of Leawood, KS; her wife Meaghan; her children, Bill Chase of Framingham and Wini Fuller (Brinsley) of Framingham; and also, Christopher, Paul (Carolyn), Ellie, John Jr., Captain Jerry III, Elizabeth and William. She is also survived by Wife, Mother.
