He was predeceased by: his son John Parker (late Barbara); and also Margaret Fletcher (Kennedy). He is survived by: his children, Lisa O'Leary (Robert) of Quincy, William M. Fletcher and Patti Santagate (Frank) of Watertown; and his brother John Fletcher (Claire) of Norwell. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
