He was predeceased by : his parents, James "Jake" Anastasiades and Louise "Jean" Anastasiades of Watertown; his former life partner Kathy (Callahan); his sister Linda Anastasiades (Ullo); and his brother-in-law Larry Callahan.

He is survived by : his wife Diane (Trask); his sons, Michael J. Anastasiades (Jennifer) of Hanover, MA, William J. Anastasiades, Jr. (Carrie) of Wethersfield, CT and Nicholas J. Anastasiades of Watertown, MA.; his brothers, Gary of Watertown, James M. (Joanne) of Wakefield, Charles of Watertown, Christopher of Watertown, Robert (Lynne) of Burlington and Nicholas D. (Melissa) of Woburn; his children, Bryan McCue (Megan), Brendon McCue (Becky), Brittany Marino (Danny) and Brady McCue; his grandchildren, Leo, Lincoln, Quinn Marino, Masie and Patrick McCue; his sister-in-law Judy; and his pets, Lady and Toula. He is also survived by his brothers and sister, all extended family and many cousins.

Visitation was held on Monday, June 10th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, June 11th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Nardone Funeral Home (373 Main St, Watertown, MA 02472). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, June 11th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Taxiarchae Greek Orthodox Church (25 Bigelow Ave, Watertown, MA 02472).
