He was predeceased by: his father William A. Ruggiero Sr. of Cambridge. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy M. Ruggiero (Griffin); and his siblings, Kenny Ruggiero (Debbie Copper), Frank (Terri Ruggiero), Monica (Kevin Mahoney), Rhonda Fitzgerald of Shirley and Katie (Scott Cohen). He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews and 1 great-niece.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Billy's name to the MSPCA in Methuen at MSPCA ATt Nevins Farm.
