He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis Josselyn Hoffman. He is survived by: his children, Edythe Forbes of South Portland and Roger Hoffman of Arlington; his children-in-law, Tom Forbes and Donna Hoffman; and his grandchildren, Tennyson Perkins of South Portland and Kelsey Hoffman (Grace Giuditta) of New York City.
