He is survived by: his parents-in-law, Jean Desmond of Salem, John, Bridget Desmond of Lynn, Robert, Shirley Desmond, Patricia Desmond of Peabody and Barbara Binkelman; his close friend Penny Peoples of Auburndale; his friends, Larry, Dotty Clawson of Dover, John and Ellen O'Connor of Newton; and his wife Kathryn Raymond (Coffin). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews who regarded him as a great friend and mentor.
