He was predeceased by: his parents, Christos Athanasopoulas and Mildred Rusteika; and his siblings-in-law, Joan Anselmo (late Joseph) and Kenneth Bounivie. He is survived by: his wife Janice Athanasopoulas (Bounivie); his children, Lauren Coscia (Raymond) of Quincy and Deanne Zanco (Anthony) of Waltham; his grandchildren, Justin, Alexandra Coscia, Trevor and Tyler Zanco; his siblings, Peter Athanasopoulas (late Mary) of Lynn, Robert Athas (Jeannie) of Quincy, Stephen Rusteika (Kitty), Boston and Kathaleen Callahan of Rockland; and his sister-in-law Anne Ferranti (late Anthony) of Waltham. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
