He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Forte and Marie Taylor; and his sister Diane Nilan. He is survived by: his father-in-law Richard; and his siblings, Linda Shields (Danny), Mark Nilan (Lisa), Eddie Nilan (Susan) and Marie (John Oakley). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 10th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Church (212 Main St, Watertown, MA 02472).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Little House of Wanderers in Waltham, Massachusetts at the link found below.
