He was predeceased by: his parents, James Caruso and Auriela Caruso; and his brothers, Daniel Caruso and Edward Caruso of Watertown. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Caruso (Vaughan); his son John Fay Caruso (Christine LeBlanc) of Watertown; and his grandsons, Nicholas and Jack Caruso. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
