He was predeceased by: his siblings, Antoinette Derubis Lowre, David and Richard Lowre. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Lowre; his children, Heather Macomber (Scott), Christopher Lowre (Marisa) and Katie Lowre Stahl (Brian); his grandchildren, Madison, Hannah, Ryan, Olivia, Kellan and Crosby; and his siblings, Sandra Nolan (late James), Robert Lowre (Julie), Carolyn Kemp (Edward), Roy Lowre (Joanne), Peter Lowre (Marie), Marcy Biggins (Edward) and Mark Lowre (Debbie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of Howie.
