She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Michael Joseph Mohoney and Helen Marie Long; her children, Paul Grafe, Kathleen McNamara (John), Jerome Grafe (Shannon) and Richard Grafe (Alicia); and her grandsons, Brendan, Dylan, Collin, Benjamin, Sean, Owen and Fintan.
