She was predeceased by: her spouse Gholam Reza Afshar. She is survived by: her children, Farzin Afshar, Nassin Afshar Davis, Parvin Afshar, Farhad Afshar and Foad Afshar (Terry); and her sibling Khadijeh Lotfi. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
