He was predeceased by: his child Sam Hegger; and his sibling Abe Miles. He is survived by: his spouse Frances C. Hegger (Donnelly); his children, Linda Lyman (Gerald) of Watertown, Michael Hegger of Watertown, Catherine Hegger and Steven Russo; his grandchildren, Melissa, Samantha, Jessica, Michelle Sam and Michael Jr.; his child-in-law Joyce Guelli; his great grandchild Jack; and his siblings, Louis Hegger, Margaret O'Connell, John Hegger, Helen DiRocco and Mary Riley. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
