He is survived by: his wife Barbara Carow (Mayne); his children, Leslie Ossoff (David) of Concord, Bethany Frederick (Stephen) of Medford and Matthew Carow of East Walpole; his grandchildren, Sarah Jordan (Josh) of Ashfield, James Whitney (Bry Nadeau) of Montague, Jonathan Carow of Bernardston, Rachel Carow (Mario Machado) of Charlton, Hannah Ossoff of Burlington, Joseph Ossoff (Peter Newland) of Burlington, Samantha Ossoff of Concord, Jennifer Frederick (Michael Ruiz) of Melbourne and Elizabeth Frederick of Medford; and his great grandchildren, Dylan Jordan, Cole Jordan and Preston Whitney.
