He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis McDade, Sr. and Catherine J. McDade (Cooney); his wife Carolyn M. McDade (Young); and his brother Gerald A. McDade. He is survived by: his children, Susan Buckley (Joseph), Cheryl McDade and Kevin McDade; his siblings, Dorothy M. Curtin, Joanne Lowre, Patricia Bontempo, David P. McDade and Paul R. McDade; and his grandchildren, Kristin Barry, Daniel Buckley, Michael McDade and Chelcie McDade.
