She was predeceased by: her parents, Luigi Casale and Carolina Casale (Salvucci); her husband Lucio Fabrizio; and her brother Donato Casale. She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Fabrizio Malouf (Khattar Malouf) and Louis Fabrizio (Suzanne Fabrizio); her grandchildren, Alexia Malouf, Evan Malouf, Christopher Fabrizio, Daniel Fabrizio and David Fabrizio; and her siblings, Gerardo Casale, Antonio Casale, Loreta Leone and Domenica Casale. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Caterina's memory to St. Luke's Church 132 Lexington St. Belmont, MA 02478.
