She was predeceased by: her spouse David I. Hughes; her child Douglas A. Hughes; her parent Frederick Buckingham of Chester, CT; and her sibling Mary B. Chapman of Manchester, CT.. She is survived by: her daughter Amy E. Hughes (Celeste) of Winthrop; her grandchildren, Isaiah Peppard (Stephanie) of Farmingdale and Hannah P. Goss (Ralph); her great grandchildren, Lauren Goss and Bingham Goss; her parent Sarah Buckingham (Silliman) of Chester, CT; and also, Josh Haefele (Alison) of Portland, Chad Haefele (Kate Imbruno) of Winthrop and Kayla Haefele of Phoenix, AZ. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
