He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Scalia and Angelina Scalia (Salamone); his wife Philomena Scalia (Pallone); and his siblings, Fran and Richard.
He is survived by: his children, Geralyn (English) and Richard Scalia; his siblings, Joseph, Raymond, Mary and Rose; his grandchildren, Ashley, Jillian and Ariana; and his great grandchild Mila.
