He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Quackenbush and Helen Quackenbush (Rockwell); and his siblings, Bruce "Doc" Quackenbush and Jennifer Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Harnden of Warwick; his sons, Allen Kline of Montana and Ethan Quackenbush of Boston; his stepchildren, Matthew Jensen of Everett and Catherine Thompson (Andrew) of Gardner; and his granddaughters, Lydia Thompson and Morgan Thompson. He is also survived by several nieces and cousins.
