She was predeceased by: her husband Thadeus M. Lizak (Teddy); her stepson Michael; her son James (Jimmy); and her siblings, Wilfred (Peg), Kenneth, Roger, Henry, Donald, Willie, Helen, Betty Lou, Beverly, Iona, Harriet and Cecelia.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Beaudry (Robert); her grandchildren, Robert III (Julie) and Olivia; her daughter-in-law Gail Fountain (Mike); her grandchildren-in-law, Michael, Patrick (Christine), Kevin (Aubrey) and Kaitlan (Kyle); her great grandchildren, Adalynn, Kylee, Ted, Layne, Abigail, Madison and Edie; her friend Betty Barlow; and her siblings, Mary Jane Alexander of Leicester and Robert Rivers of Spencer. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
