He was predeceased by: his parent Milton. He is survived by: his parent Olive; his son Gerald F. Fountain, Jr.; his wife Suzanne Fountain; his siblings, Roy Fountain, Clifford Fountain and Marie Girouard (William); his grandchildren, Michael Fountain and Heather Dziobek (Andrew); his great grandchildren, Connor Dziobek and Parker Dziobek; his significant other Joan Lavigne; and also, Paul L. Fountain (Donna), Ellen Pilch, Vanessa Richardson, Sarah Balicki and Rylee Balicki.
