Checkman (Stephanie) of Mattapoisett, MA. and Elizabeth Moniz of New Bedford, MA; her grandchildren, Steven Gilpin, Nicholas Moniz, Sophie Moniz, Ava Moniz and Liam Checkman; and her sisters, Geraldine Heinssen (Charles), Kathryn Kirwin (Larry) and Lorraine McDade.
