He is survived by: his spouse Olivia Botelho (Dias); his parent Rosalina Botelho (Matos); and his children, Thomas P. Botelho, Steven Botelho and Michelle Botelho-Lima of New Bedford. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
