She was predeceased by: her husband George F. Zine, Sr.; her parents, John Zine and Rose Zine (Mitchell); her son George F. Zine, Jr.; and her siblings, Mabel Lutoff, Ethelyn Degrenier, Arthur Zion, Joseph Zion, John Zion, Minnie Zeadey, Delia Joseph, Madeline Stephens, Marie Gabriel and Rose Butler.
She is survived by: her son Michael "Mickey" Zine (Debra) of Wareham; and her daughter-in-law Diane Zine of Wareham. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
