He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy E. Dastous (Hebshie); his parents, Dolema M. Dastous (Somers) and Roland Dastous; his sister Carolyn Johnson; and his grandson Jacob Peabody.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda E. Dastous (Kevin Porazzo) of Wareham and Ronald L. Dastous of Wareham; his siblings, Dolores Perry of East Falmouth, Roberta Besse of Onset, Patricia O'Connor of Sagamore Beach, Donald Dastous of Buzzards Bay and Joyce Tellier of Buzzards Bay; his grandson Nathan Peabody; and his pet Buzzy. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
