He was predeceased by: his wife Anne Pierce (McDonagh); and his parents, John D. Pierce and Helen M. Pierce (Fleming). He is survived by: his children, Robert C. Pierce, Jr. (Lindsay) of Wareham, Jacqueline A. Pierce (Michael Johnson) of Carver and Stacey Just (Scott) of Berkley; his sister Dorothy Juhnke of Livingston, MT; and his grandsons, Andrew, Nick Just and Mason Johnson.
