He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry J. Lavalley and Mary Anne Lavalley (Bissonnette). He is survived by: his wife Laura L. Lavalley (Howes); and his brothers, Gary R. Lavalley and Henry L. Lavalley. He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces and cousins.
